"When the contract was eventually negotiated, I commissioned the government to carry an evaluation of how much we will pay as compensation. Another evaluation was conducted by the World Bank, which placed the figures at times 10 what we had evaluated. We could not accept to pay such an amount. Eventually, they was a consensus, and everyone whose property was destroyed has been compensated." The Prime Minister said.
