The representative of Momo Division at the Senate, Senator Enwi Francis, has rallied supporters in Widikum to vote for CPDM Presidential Candidate a few hours to the October 12 presidential elections.
While enumerating the endless and fatherly love of Biya towards the Widikum people, the Senator said;
"He understood that our children were being misled by detractors. He opted for reconstruction and rehabilitation, and our children that were in the bushes were taken to the DDR for reformation, and now Widikum is experiencing relative calm and economic activities back in its full capacity. If he wasn't a father who has the interest of his children, he would have opted to kill these innocent children of ours.
"Let's now show him love in reciprocation through our votes tomorrow by voting for him as the best candidate that has proven to be beyond every measure." the Senator said.
The Observer spoke to a militant in Widikum who pleaded for anonymity. According to him, "we are now enjoying relative calm and some of our village people are now returning to the village because of the efforts of our senator. We can now produce and sell our palm oil like before as well as sell our plantains from our farms. Buyam sellams can now freely come and do trade with us all thanks to the Senator's effort. We dey with you any place wey you di go papa Senator"
The CPDM is confident to give its candidate, Paul Biya, another mandate in a few hours.
