The Nkambe Council in Donga-Mantung Division of the North-West Region has been recognized by the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Regional Development (MINEPAT) as a Model Council for its performance in implementing Public Investment Projects in 2025.
The recognition was presented on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at the Hilton Hotel in Yaoundé, where the Lord Mayor of Nkambe received the award on behalf of the council.
The award recognizes the council's reported performance in carrying out public investment projects during the 2025 financial year.
