CENPA recognises his role in the management, coordination and distribution of government relief assistance to IDPs and vulnerable populations in the North West Region
Young Cameroonian civil administrator Nchofon Mingoh has been recognised by the Cameroon English Language Newspaper Publishers Association (CENPA) as the “Most Pragmatic Relief Aid Management Civil Administrator” for 2026.
The distinction, according to the award certificate, recognises Mingoh for his outstanding leadership, administrative excellence, selflessness and unwavering dedication, particularly in the management, coordination and distribution of government relief assistance to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and vulnerable populations in the North West Region.
