Community members noted that the absence of a nearby health facility had forced many pregnant women to travel long distances in search of medical care, exposing them to serious risks during childbirth.

They expressed hope that the new health centre would reduce maternal and infant deaths by providing timely medical attention to expectant mothers and other patients.

The population also commended Hon. Bami Emmanuel for what they described as his humility and commitment to development, saying he is "soft-spoken but a man of action."

Beyond community projects, speakers at the ceremony praised the lawmaker for his contributions in Parliament, where they said he has consistently supported legislation aimed at improving the living conditions of Cameroonians.
