North West Youths Throw Weight Behind CPDM's Presidential Candidate

The Youths of the Cameroon People's Democratic Movement (YCPDM) in the North West have thrown their weight behind the party's presidential candidate, H.E. Paul Biya, ahead of the October 12th Presidential Elections at the official Launching of the presidential election campaigns at the Bamenda Congress hall on Saturday September 27th 2025. 

Speaking at the launch of the election campaigns at the Bamenda Congress Hall, Jokwe Foncha Idriss, the YCPDM president for Donga Mantung, called on youths of all the seven Divisions of the North West Region to rally behind President Paul Biya's candidature to vote for his vision for the youths of the country.

"We are not just going to be observers, but this time around we are all going to cast our votes so that the vision that His Excellency Paul Biya has for the youths becomes a reality. I am here by calling on each and every one of us, especially the youth, to come out massively to vote for our experienced CPDM candidate" Foncha Idriss appealed to the youths .



The YCPDM leader emphasized that the CPDM's stewardship has consistently upheld the hope of the future, supported humanity, and secured the future of hope, inclusion, and opportunity. He expressed the group's unwavering commitment to ensuring a resounding victory for President Biya in the upcoming elections.

"We stand firm, unshaken, and fully committed to ensuring that come Election Day, the voice of Donga Mantung together with the other Divisions of the North West Region will contribute greatly towards a resounding victory" Foncha Idriss said

The youths of the North West Region have pledged to support President Biya's bid for re-election, citing his leadership and vision for the country's development. With the election campaigns now in full swing, the CPDM is poised to secure a decisive victory on October 12th.
