CPDM Mezam I A has officially launched campaigns for its CPDM presidential candidate H.E Paul Biya at the Bamenda I council hall on Sunday September 28th on the auspices of the CPDM divisional resource person for the Bamenda I subdivision, Mme Mejang Neé Tabod Jacqueline Mah.
Speaking during the launch, on behalf of the CPDM Mezam I A section president, Paul Achombong, Mayor to the Bamenda city council, highlighted the need for the Bamenda I community to rally behind H.E Paul Biya. "We are better placed and under his leadership as president our subdivision is a hurb for development within the city of Bamenda. For us to continuously have many more developmental amenities is for us to give him our support by voting him for another mandate" Paul Achombong urged the people of Bamenda I Sub-Division
The mayor of the Bamenda I council, Mayor Mbigha Felix Njah, took turns to win the trust of the Bamenda I people by enumerating achievements of the Municipality under the esteemed donation from His Excellency Paul Biya. " We have been given the first ever morden stadium in the entire region which our children are already playing football on it. We have been given a gas plant which has come to reduce the cost of cooking gas for our homes. We are now proud to have good roads in our Municipality, and above all we happen to have the most safest Municipality where everyone can live in peace all thanks to His Excellency Paul Biya. Our only way to thank him is for all of us to come out massively on the 12 of October to vote for him and give him another mandate so that he can do more for us" Mayor Mbigha told the Bamenda I population.
Senator Mrs Nebah
Senator Mrs Nebah Ndosiri Bridget Ndoye, the president of the women wing of the Cameroon People Democratic Movement WCPDM called on the women folk to rally their support for His Excellency Paul Biya to be re-elected as president citing several gifts that the women of Bamenda I and Mezam I A have been able to get from H.E Paul Biya. From across schools, vocational training, scholarships and farm inputs like improved seeds and fertilizer the women of Bamenda I and Bamendakwe in particular have been able to increase their farm yields. "The extension initiatives to the women and girls of Bamenda 1 by H.E Paul Biya is proof that if re-elected, the women of Bamenda I will receive more " Senator Nebah told the Bamenda I women.
To the Youth Wing of the Mezam l A Section president of YCPDM Mezam l A, Mekom Samuel Telah, " there won't be any need to look else where for another president where in H.E Paul Biya has been tested and proven to be the right person to be voted as president of Cameroon. He has proven to have the heart of a father owing to his approach to solving the ongoing crisis in the North West and South West regions, the creation of the DDR for the integration of ex-fighters . The gas plant is going to employ over 300 youths so H.E Paul Biya is the best candidate. He is level headed and have the youths at heart. So I call on all the youths to come out on October 12 and give him a 100% vote" Mekom Samuel appealed to the youths of Bamenda I, and youth militants of CPDM Mezam I A
After declaring the Campaigns open by the CPDM resource person for the Bamenda I Sub-Division, Mme Mejang Neé Tabod Jacqueline Mah, called on the population to all come out on October 12, 2025 not only to vote but also to protect their votes. " It is not the responsibility of ELECAM alone to protect the votes but also the responsibility of the voters to protect their votes ." Mme Mejang Jacqueline told the militant and sympathizers of CPDM Mezam I A in the Bamenda 1 Sub-Division. Bamenda 1 has become very developed with several amenities allocated by H.E Paul Biya . We have our strategies and our militants already know what to do. As you can see our militants are acting in a mature way, calm and are ready because they themselves are the ambassadors who go out there preaching to those who yet do not understand." Mme Mejang Jacqueline told the Observer.
As the campaign heightens in Bamenda I, the Cameroon Peoples Democratic Movement (CPDM) party militants and would-be militants are poised with optimism to have H.E Paul Biya re-elected for another seven years term.
