PPRD Budgets 25 billion for 2025

Minister Paul Tasong expounding on the budget 

The Presidential Plan for Reconstruction and Development of the North West and South West Regions will function on a budget of 25 billion francs for 2025.

The budget was presented to the steering committee members in Bamenda during the 7th steering committee meeting. 

The budget will be geared towards the construction of 32 schools, 13 health centres, 9 water supply systems,  8 electrical networks, 10 community infrastructure (women and youth empowerment centres etc), 16 roads, markets, agricultural equipment,  inputs, tools and materials. 

Of the 25 billion, the North West will execute projects worth 10.5 billion while the South West Region will execute projects amounting to 11.4 billion Francs.
