Police Commissioner Emmanuel Mbock, Commissioner of the Central Police
Mbock Emmanuel Noé, Commissioner at the Bamenda Central police station, has been decorated with the Commander of the Order of Valor as the North West Region joins the rest of the country to celebrate National Day.
This prestigious honour, the highest recognition in the order of valor, recognizes his outstanding contributions to maintaining law and order in Bamenda.
Since taking over the Bamenda Central Police Station, Police Commissioner Mbock has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication to duty. His tenure has seen a reduction in insecurity within Bamenda. Some notable achievements include:
- Curbing armed robbery cases, with several suspects apprehended and brought to justice
- Timely interventions in mob justice cases, saving lives and promoting justice
- Apprehension of drug dealers and traffickers, as well as those involved in separatist activities
- Tackling drug abuse, a critical issue affecting the youth and the community at large

His time in Bamenda has been greeted with increased collaboration between the population and the police force as some significant information has been placed at the disposal of the police by the population.
Speaking shortly after receiving his medal, Police Commissioner Emmanuel Mbock said; "this is as a result of hard work. I wish to thank all the elements placed at my disposal for their dedication towards making Bamenda safer and the population for not relenting in their commitment to see that we collaborate. More especially I wish to thank God for our triumphs." Emmanuel Mbock said.
