CAMTEL'S GM pays Visit to Blue Store, Enforces Customer Centricity

CAMTEL's GM at the service of customers at Blue Store 

The General Manager of the Cameroon Telecommunications, CAMTEL has paid an official visit to the Blue shop located at the Place shopping Mall in the Wada neighbourhood.

Achidi née Judith Yah Sunday immersed herself into the daily activities at the shop.

Received on arrival by the Branch Manager, Anastasie Mbazoa, the General Manager of CAMTEL made a round of the various counters to appreciate the quality of work being done. Catching many by surprise she took upon herself to serve some customers.

During her close to one hour thirty minutes stay, she went closer to the customers, who were not shy to share their experiences as well as some difficulties encountered.

To every issue raised, Judith Yah Sunday gave a listening ear and called on the staff at the Blue Store to immediately provide appropriate solutions.

Before leaving the Blue store, the General Manager expressed satisfaction at the service delivery and also showed her appreciation to the customers for embracing the shop.

"With the Blue store, we want the customer to have a better and unforgettable experience. Customer centricity has always been out main objective and to achieve this, we must ensure we have have an impeccable service delivery. Blue store is here for that," Judith Yah Sunday said.

The GM's visit to the Blue store falls in line with part of CAMTEL's activities to mark the International Labour day.

Blue Store, A New Experience

Opened every day from 8am to 9pm, the BlueStore Warda is set up to give the customer maximum satisfaction through the various services offered.
Whether at the reception, VIP section, waiting room, counter or the customer care section, the store is set up to give customers maximum satisfaction.

Fully operational since Wednesday, March 29, the Blue Store Warda, the first shop into the Playce Shopping Mall in Yaounde, has been an attraction at the commercial hub.

“Clients and visitors are welcoming our store and they have been coming in their numbers to discover for themselves what we have to offer. We also received a lot of curious persons who want to discover Blue and the accompanying services. They like the aesthetics of the place and we have been getting a lot of positive feedback from them,” Anasthasie Mbazoa, the Branch Manager said.

Customer service is top priority 

Whether it is the sale of sim cards, modems, phones or internet services, the staff at the BlueStore Warda are well set to go the extra mile to serve their customers.

“We have an objective to be different, by providing quality service but also ensure to be welcoming towards clients and always listen to them. We believe serving our clients with diligence will keep them attached to our brand,” Anasthasie Mbazoa added.

 With a team of 16 members, the Blue Store Warda stands strong and equipped to serve its customers to satisfaction.

To her, the BlueStore Warda is bound to succeed and pave the way for similar shops to follow in other towns.
