Hon Agho Salutes Sabga Population for being peace abiding

The Member of Parliament for Mezam North constituency, Hon Agho Oliver has saluted the population of Sabga for being development oriented and peace abiding.

The congratulatory message was handed 4th May 2021 at the Lamidad of Sabga as the population foiled attempts by separatist fighters to burn down schools in the village

"I have come to congratulate you for taking the commitment for peace" Hon Agho told the Muslim community.

He promised the population to continually count on him as he has signed a social contract with the people of Sabga for development.

His message for peace was accompanied with bags of rice, cartons of sugar, blankets and buckets to encourage the Muslim community during the month of ramadan.

Mamuda Sabga, Lamido of Sabga saluted the MP who for the second year running has come to the aid of Muslim community during ramadan. He encouraged the MP to keep working for the progress of Tubah. 

The Member of Parliament also handed financial packages to school going children and women as they observe the last 10 days of the ramadan 

Before arriving the Muslim stronghold of Tubah, the MP made a stopover in Bambui, headquarters of Tubah subdivision were a similar donation was done

Muslim faithful in Cameroon are observing the 22nd day of ramadan that sees them observe a dawn to dusk fast for 30 days
