Cameroonian entrepreneur and youth advocate Edison Fru Ndi has been honoured with a Global Youth Award for his contribution to community development, empowerment and creating lasting positive change.
Edison Fru Ndi received the award on August 12, 2026, during the Global Youth Leaders Conference and Youth Awards 2026, held at the Hotel Manang, a four-star hotel in Kathmandu, Nepal, as the world marked International Youth Day.
The award recognises him in the category of “Championing Community Development, Empowering Lives and Creating Lasting Positive Change” under the category of Social Impact.
The recognition highlights Edison Fru Ndi's contribution to initiatives aimed at improving communities, empowering young people and creating positive and lasting social change.
According to the award certificate, the honour was presented by Human Harmony Nepal through the Global Youth Leaders Conference and Youth Awards 2026.

He was also presented with a Youth Day Award trophy alongside the framed certificate.
The recognition comes on the International Youth Day, a day dedicated to celebrating the contributions of young people and drawing attention to the challenges and opportunities facing the world's youth.
