CAMTEL's Blue Brand to meet customers at doorsteps

Cameroon's Telecommunication Company CAMTEL have  its newest product BLUE circulate in markets through out the National Territory despite social media campaign to tarnish the image of the brand and the corporation as a whole. Customers of the product will subsequently be sensitized on the functionalities of the product which will be made available at their disposal in the days ahead. 

This was made known Wednesday September 22 2021, at CAMTEL's head office in Yaounde where the company's third Technical Adviser Fadimatou Aboubakar on behalf of the General Manager Judith Yah Sunday epse Achidi stated the plans of the company in the future in the presence of pioneer distributors selected amongst over 100 interviewees. Regional Coordinators from the 10 regions of Cameroon and close collaborators, and senior officials of the company answered present to see this dream come true.

Presenting the brand to distributors, CAMTEL's Director of Mobile Business Unit Gilbert Ngonosays 

“This summit that we are holding today is in line with the Customer Centricity approach because it is a summit whereby CAMTEL with its distributors and dealers is working hard to improve the quality of service that is provided to the customers,”  

He went ahead to indicate that customers will have the product, be aware of it and how to use it  effectively. 
“They will have better access to the products and be more aware of the products that CAMTEL is selling…someone is going to be delighted by what we are going to do together with our distributors,”

“If you launch the Blue mobile without preparing to ensure how people will have access to the services then you will be preparing to fail; and we are not preparing to fail. That is why we are preparing the ground."

The BLUE brand will serve as the vehicle that transports CAMTEL fixed, mobile and internet services.

Clients have already been craving about the quality on price services offered by BLUE Home since it went into the market on August 31.

According to the General Manager of CAMTEL, BLUE embodies the institution’s values of Change Management and Customer Centricity which she sought to implement since taking over.
